ACA Data Collection Begins Soon
Fully insured employer groups with 25 to 125 subscribers will soon receive a data collection request to assist with Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) calculation requirements. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) will ask these targeted groups to report their monthly average number of employees for the 2011 calendar year.
