BCBSIL Prepared for NATO Summit
With the NATO summit convening in downtown Chicago, May 20 and May 21, we have put temporary measures in place to minimize the impact to our operations and will continue to carry out essential functions for clients and members. Our customer service centers will be fully staffed and available to handle the normal requests or concerns from our groups and members. Employer groups can contact their account representatives via email or mobile phone.

Pharmacy Program Update: Standard Formulary Dispensing Limit Changes
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois’ standard prescription drug benefit program includes coverage limits on certain medications and drug categories. Effective July 1, 2012, dispensing limits will be added for the following drugs.
